Malware removal:

• $120 we will remove ANY malware. • $180 if any Windows files are corrupted and need repairing or replacing, but that’s rarely the case.

General Computer Error Charges:

• $120 for any problem we fix in less than 1 hour. • $180 if we need to lock ourselves in a room and refuse food and sleep for as long as it takes. • Any parts required will obviously be in addition to the labour charge.

Format:

• $120 (complete data loss) and reinstall Windows from a disc you own. This includes installing all relevant updates and drivers. • $180 If you need your files, photos, music emails etc. backing up and putting back onto your new drive.

Data Recovery:

• $50 for USB flash drives, SD cards etc. up to 64GB • $120 for computer and laptop hard drives up to 4TB You reduce your chances of recovery if you continue to use the drive. It is important to attempt recovery as soon as possible. We can only recover files from a hard drive that a computer is able to recognise. A physically damaged drive (computer cannot recognise) is very expensive, often close to $1000 - BACK UP YOUR DATA!

Websites and Hosting:

It’s virtually impossible to give an accurate quote for a website as plans and ideas change and evolve during the process. The following should be viewed as ball park figures, not the dubious ‘from’. Our aim is to give small business an online presence that doesn’t require huge funding or renting the template based sites like Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy etc. Have $500 in mind and we may surprise you. • Around $650 - Home page, Contact page with online form, Content page with photos/slider • $40 per additional page • $60 per additional form • $60 per photo slider/gallery Hosting is an additional yearly cost and is currently $199. If you already have a Domain Name (yourname.com.au) you may already have access hosting and there would be no additional hosting charges from us.
